​​​Cancellation Policy

We’ve updated our Terms and Conditions to ensure everything is clear, simple, and transparent for you.

When you book an appointment with Katy and Co, you agree to the following:

 

Card on File

A valid card is required to secure all appointments.Your card will only be charged if you do not adhere to our cancellation or no-show policies.

 

Transaction Fee

A 1.95% transaction fee applies to all card payments.

This helps us cover the increasing costs of doing business and allows us to continue delivering high-quality service.

 

Deposit Policy

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

This amount will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.

Please note: All deposits are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Reschedules made with 48+ hours’ notice: Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.

Cancellations within 48 hours: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.

No-shows: A 50% fee will be charged to the card on file.
